Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. ELISA - Direct and indirect: 1:500-1:5000. Western Blot - 1:500-1:5000 using ECL. Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is TBST containing 0.05% Tween 20 and 5% skim milk. Suggested incubation time is 1 hour at room temperature.

PBS, pH 7.4, no preservatives.
Storage
Short term: store at 4°C. Long term: store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
