SV40-transformed mouse B4 cells were used as the immunogen for this antibody. Its epitope maps near the C-Terminus end (aa 370-378) of p53.
Specificity
This antibody has been extensively validated, including cross-reactivity testing against 19,000 full-length proteins by HuProt(TM) microarray analysis. The antibody bind to the C-terminus of the wild-type and mutant p53.
