Specificity
Recognizes human Leptin and Leptin (aa1-24). Species cross-reactivity: rat ~90%. Does not react to human Epidermal Growth Factor, Insulin, Insulin-like Growth Factor 1, Transforming Growth Factor-alpha and rat insulin-like Growth Factor 2. Specific for the amino terminal of human Leptin, cross-reacts with the amino terminal of rat Leptin.
