GST-Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) fusion protein corresponding to the full length amino acid sequence (246aa) derived from the jellyfish Aequorea victoria.
Specificity
Recognizes wild type and recombinant forms of Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP). Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin and anti-mouse serum. Does not recognize enhanced forms of GFP.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:10000 (sandwich or capture). Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:3000. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
