Immunogen
a synthetic peptide corresponding to 14 amino acids near the N-terminus of human PUMA-a. The sequence is identical between a and b forms of the PUMA proteins. The immunogen is located within the first 50 amino acids of PUMA.

Usage
PUMA antibody can be used for detection of PUMA by Western blot at 2 ug/mL. Antibody can also detect PUMA by immunohistochemistry at 10 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 10 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested.
