Usage
Suitable for the detection of Histone H2B by Western blot. Human peripheral blood cell lysate or Jurkat cell lysate can be used as positive control. An approximately 15kD band is detected. Western blot analysis of Histone H2B in human PBMC cell lysate with antibody. Western blot: 2 ug/ml.
