Specificity and Use
CXCR4 antibody was raised against peptide corresponding to amino acids 1 to 14 (N-terminus) of human CXCR4(3,9).
Cross reacts with mouse CXCR4.
Suitable for the detection of CXCR4 by Western blot. Whole cell lysate from HeLa cells can be used as positive control and a 40-45kD band is detected. Western blot analysis of 50 ug of total cell lysate from HeLa cells with anti-CXCR4 (NT) at 1:2000 dilution. Western blot: 1:1000-1:2000.
