Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

BRAF Antibody, 94 kDa B-raf protein Antibody, B-raf Antibody, BRAF1 Antibody, B Raf Antibody, Proto-oncogene B-Raf Antibody, p94 Antibody, B-RAF1 Antibody, NS7 Antibody, ONCOGENE BRAF Antibody, RAFB1 Antibody

BRAF / B-Raf is a protein belonging to the raf/mil family of serine/threonine protein kinases. This protein plays a role in regulating the MAP kinase/ERKs signaling pathway, which affects cell division, differentiation, and secretion. Mutations in this gene are associated with cardiofaciocutaneous syndrome, a disease characterized by heart defects, mental retardation and a distinctive facial appearance.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human prostate carcinoma reacted with BRAF Antibody , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Immunofluorescence

Immunofluorescence
Fluorescent image of C2C12 cell stained with BRAF Antibody. C2C12 cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.1%, 10 min), then incubated with BRAF primary antibody (1:25, 1 h at 37°C). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:400, 50 min at 37°C). Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor 555 (red) conjugated Phalloidin (7units/ml, 1 h at 37°C). BRAF immunoreactivity is localized to Cytoplasm significantly.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of BRAF Antibody polyclonal antibody(arrow). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the BRAF gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies).

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
B-RAF Antibody flow cytometry of HeLa cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
