This antibody recognizes human, mouse, and (p53- Dependent Damage-Inducible Nuclear Protein 1), a p53 inducible gene.
Applications
- Western blot (1 - 2 µg/ml)
Usage
Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml. In immunoblots on human lung tissue lysate, a band of 27 kD is detected. A lower molecular weight band is detected at 18 kD in human spleen and mouse liver and kidney tissue lysates which probably represents p53DINP1-beta.
