Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000. Western blot: Approx 37kD band observed in lysates of cell line HepG2 and of Gastrointensinal cancer and Spinal Cord cancer (calculated MW of 32.5kD according to NP_002988.3). The observed molecular weight corresponds to the glycosylated form. Recommended concentration: 1-3 ug/ml.
