Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml (ECL). Recognize ~65kD (COX3) and ~53kD PCOX1a of human aorta under reducing and non-reducing conditions. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml Control peptide can be used to coat ELISA plates at 1 ug/ml.
