- Western blot (1:1000)
Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000 dilution detects recombinant eNOS phosphorylated by Akt. Recombinant eNOS and phosphorylated recombinant eNOS were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-phospho-eNOS (Ser1177), 1:1000 dilution. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
