MAPK1 / ERK2 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide (KLH coupled) derived from the sequence of human p38 MAP kinase.
Detects endogenous levels of total p38 MAP kinase protein. Does not recognize either JNK/SAPK or p44/42 MAP kinase. Species cross-reactivity: human, mouse and rat.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin sections) and Flow Cytometry. Western Blot: 1:1000, incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5% BSA, 1X TBS, 0.1% Tween-20 at 4?C with gentle shaking, overnight. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:50. Flow Cytometry: 1:25.
