Anti-KMO affinity purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide near the N-Terminus of mouse KMO protein.

A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with mouse and rat based on 100% sequence homology. Cross-reactivity with KMO from other sources has not been determined.

Usage
Anti-KMO antibody is useful for ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, and Western Blot. Expect a band approximately ~58kD corresponding to the appropriate cell lysate or extract.

Storage
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge product before removing cap. Only dilute immediately prior to use.
