BaF/3 cells transfected with human KIR2DS4.

Recognizes human KIR2DS4. This antibody stains cells transfected with KIR2DS4. It does not stain cells transfected with KIR2DL1, 2DL2, 2DL3, 2DL4, 2DL5, 2DS1, 2DS2, 3DL1, 3DL2, or 3DS1.

Flow Cytometry, Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: Dilute this antibody to 25 ug/mL and add 10 ul of the diluted solution to 1-2.5 x 10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200ul. The binding of unlabeled monoclonal antibodies may be visualized by adding 10 ul of a 25 ug/mL stock solution of a secondary developing reagent such as goat anti-mouse IgG conjugated to a fluorochrome. Western Blot: This antibody can be used at 1-2 ug/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human KIR2DS4. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for rhKIR2DS4 is approximately 5 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions. Use of this antibody under reducing conditions is not recommended. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold.
