Usage
Bcl-2 antibody can be used for detection of Bcl-2 by Western blot at 1 to 2 ug/mL. Bcl-2 antibody can also detect Bcl-2 by immunohistochemistry at 2 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 10 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples; Immunohistochemistry in human and mouse samples and Immunofluorescence in human and mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 23, 26 kDa Observed: 26 kDa
