Specificity
Recognizes human HLA-B7 antigen. Does not cross-react with HLA-B27 or other related antigens. Distinguishes true HLA-B27 positives from false HLA-B27 positives (i. e. HLA-B7 positive) in the investigation of diseases such as ankylosing spondylitis and anterior uveitis. Species cross-reactivity: Cynomolgus monkey.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: 1:25. Use 20 ul to label 1x1E6 cells or 100 ul whole blood.
