0.02 M potassium phosphate, 0.15 M sodium chloride, pH 7.2, 10 mg/ml BSA (IgG, protease free), 0.01% Gentamicin sulfate.
Reconstitute with 1ml distilled water.
Store lyophilized at 4°C. Once reconstituted, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Store undiluted.

About Rabbit IgG
IgG is the most common type of antibody found in the circulation, representing approximately 75% of serum antibodies. IgG antibodies are large molecules of about 150 kDa made of four peptide chains. It contains two identical class gamma heavy chains of about 50 kDa and two identical light chains of about 25 kDa. The two heavy chains are linked to each other and to a light chain each by disulfide bonds. The resulting tetramer has two identical halves, which together form the Y-like shape.
HRP conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody-Western blot. HRP conjugated anti-rabbit antibody was used to detect anti-Beta Actin antibody (LS-B323 lot 26928). HeLa (Lane 1) and NIH 3T3 (Lane 2) Whole cell lysates were run on a 4-20% gel, transferred to nitrocellulose under standard conditions, and incubated with anti-beta actin at a dilution of 1:2000 (ON 4C). For secondary antibody detection, blot was incubated for 1 hr RT simultaneously with: 1. ATTO 647N conjugated anti-rabbit antibody (p/n lot 26426C, 1:10000 in MB-070, Shown on Left and 2. HRP conjugated anti-rabbit IgG (LS-C60887 lot 19247, 1:10000 in MB-070, shown on right) Blot was dried, imaged at a wavelength of 700 nm on a LiCor Odyssey reader, rewetted in TBS and imaged after 2 min with a 30 sec exposure time using Femtomax-110 super sensitive Chemiluminescent substrate using the Bio-Rad Versa Doc Imaging System.
