Specificity
Recognizes CD26, rat liver antigen dipeptidyl peptidase IV. Reacts with liver bile canicular domains and brush borders of bile ducts. Recognizes other epithelial brush borders such as kidney and intestine, Recognizes T lymphocytes and some B lymphocytes. Clone OX61 has been reported as being suitable for use in western blotting.

Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets available on request.
