E. coli-derived mouse MIP-3 Alpha/CCL20 recombinant protein (Position: A28-M97).
Specificity
Thymic medulla (at protein level). Prominently expressed in the small intestine, colon and appendix. Also found in thymus, spleen, lymph node and lung. The long form might be dominant in intestinal, and the short form in lymphoid tissues. Expressed by IL17 producing helper T-cells (Th17).

Reconstitution
Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500µg/ml.

At -20°C for 1 year. After reconstitution, at 4°C for 1 month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for a longer time. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
