Usage

Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml using ECL. Can be used to block the antibody activity or test antibodies. ELISA: 0.1-1 ug/ml as detecting antibody. Neutralization: Will neutralize the biological activity of recombinant human BDNF.
