Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

mRNA-binding protein involved in post-transcriptional regulation of AU-rich element (ARE)-containing mRNAs. Acts by specifically binding ARE-containing mRNAs and promoting their degradation. Recruits deadenylase CNOT7 (and probably the CCR4-NOT complex) via association with CNOT1. Plays a key role in the post-transcriptional regulation of tumor necrosis factor (TNF). Plays a key role in the post-transcriptional regulation of tumor necrosis factor (TNF).
Anti-ZFP36 mouse monoclonal antibody immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY ZFP36.
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY ZFP36 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-ZFP36.
Flow cytometry of Jurkat cells, using anti-ZFP36 antibody (Red), compared to a nonspecific negative control antibody (Blue).
HEK293T cells transfected with either overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-ZFP36 antibody, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
