Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 4 ug immunoprecipitates Zap-70 from 500 ug of Jurkat RIPA lysate.
