Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About TLR2

O60603 NM_003264 NP_003255.2

TLR2 Antibody, CD282 antigen Antibody, CD282 Antibody, TIL4 Antibody, Toll-like receptor 2 Antibody

Cooperates with LY96 to mediate the innate immune response to bacterial lipoproteins and other microbial cell wall components. Cooperates with TLR1 or TLR6 to mediate the innate immune response to bacterial lipoproteins or lipopeptides. Acts via MYD88 and TRAF6, leading to NF-kappa-B activation, cytokine secretion and the inflammatory response. May also promote apoptosis in response to lipoproteins.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human lung carcinoma tissue reacted with TLR2 antibody , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of hTLR2-C226 in K562 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). TLR2 (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
Flow cytometric of CEM cells using TLR2 Antibody (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
