PARK7 / DJ-1 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide from human DJ-1
DJ-1 (PARK7). Preabsorption of the antiserum with the immunogen peptide completely abolishes the immunoreactivity of the antibody in Western blot. The antibody may also react with mouse (13/16) and rat (13/16) due to sequence homology
Western blotting: 1:5000-1:10000. The antibody recognizes a protein of ~20-23 kD on Jurkat cell lysate.
