Usage
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, and Western Blot. Not suitable for Immunohistochemistry. Immunoprecipitation (Native verified): 2 ug/mg protein lysate. Use Protein G. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml for 2 hrs at RT. Positive control: Conditioned, serum-free medium from (TPA-treated) HFL-1 cells.
