Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
IHC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot, Immunoprecipitation
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein G purified
Western blot (1 - 2 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
MMP2 antibody was raised against human native 72kD MMP2. Cellular Localization: Cytoplasmic.
Recognizes human MMP-2 pro form at 72kD and active form at ~66kD.
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, and Western Blot. Not suitable for Immunohistochemistry. Immunoprecipitation (Native verified): 2 ug/mg protein lysate. Use Protein G. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml for 2 hrs at RT. Positive control: Conditioned, serum-free medium from (TPA-treated) HFL-1 cells.
MMP2 Antibody, 72 kd type iv collagenase Antibody, 72 kDa gelatinase Antibody, 72 kd gelatinase Antibody, 72 kDa type IV collagenase Antibody, CLG4A Antibody, CLG4 Antibody, GelA Antibody, Gelatinase A Antibody, Matrix metalloproteinase-2 Antibody, MMP-2 Antibody, MONA Antibody, Neutrophil gelatinase Antibody, TBE-1 Antibody, Tbe-1 metalloprotease Antibody, Collagenase type IV-A Antibody, Matrix metalloproteinase-II Antibody, MMP-II Antibody
Ubiquitinous metalloproteinase that is involved in diverse functions such as remodeling of the vasculature, angiogenesis, tissue repair, tumor invasion, inflammation, and atherosclerotic plaque rupture. As well as degrading extracellular matrix proteins, can also act on several nonmatrix proteins such as big endothelial 1 and beta-type CGRP promoting vasoconstriction. Also cleaves KISS at a Gly-|-Leu bond. Appears to have a role in myocardial cell death pathways.
