  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Serine/threonine kinase which acts as an essential component of the MAP kinase signal transduction pathway. MAPK1/ERK2 and MAPK3/ERK1 are the 2 MAPKs which play an important role in the MAPK/ERK cascade. They participate also in a signaling cascade initiated by activated KIT and KITLG/SCF.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of cell lysates and tissue lysate using 1 ug/ml Rabbit Anti-ERK2 Polyclonal Antibody. The signal was developed with IRDye 800 Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of immunoprecipitates from rat brain lysate using Rabbit Anti-ERK2 Polyclonal Antibody. . Lane 1: Input control material for rat brain lysate. Lane 2: Negative control – IP with isotype control antibody. Lane 3: Immunoprecipitation with Rabbit Anti-ERK2 Polyclonal Antibody.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
Flow cytometry of HeLa cells using Rabbit Anti-ERK2 Polyclonal Antibody (shaded histogram). or with an isotype control antibody (open histogram), followed by R-PE conjugated anti-rabbit IgG.
