Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
KLRC1 Antibody, CD159a antigen Antibody, NK cell receptor A Antibody, Natural killer cell lectin Antibody, NKG2 Antibody, NKG2-A Antibody, NKG2A Antibody, C-lectin type II protein Antibody, CD159A Antibody, Natural killer group protein 2 Antibody, NKG2-B Antibody
Natural killer (NK) cells are lymphocytes that can mediate lysis of certain tumor cells and virus-infected cells without previous activation. They can also regulate specific humoral and cell-mediated immunity. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the killer cell lectin-like receptor family, also called NKG2 family, which is a group of transmembrane proteins preferentially expressed in NK cells.
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human kidney carcinoma with KLRC1 Antibody , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Western blot of KLRC1 Antibody in Jurkat cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). KLRC1 (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
Flow cytometric of Jurkat cells using KLRC1 Antibody (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
