Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
JUN Antibody, Activator protein 1 Antibody, AP-1 Antibody, C-Jun Antibody, Jun proto-oncogene Antibody, p39 Antibody, Jun oncogene Antibody, Proto-oncogene c-Jun Antibody, AP1 Antibody, Enhancer-binding protein AP1 Antibody, G0s7 Antibody, Transcription factor AP-1 Antibody, v-jun Antibody
c-Jun is a component of the transcription factor activator protein 1 (AP-1) that binds to and activates transcription at TRE/AP-1 elements. Phosphorylation of c-Jun at Ser 63/73, resulting in activation and c-Jun dependent transcription, occurs in response to extra or intracellular signals, including UV irradiation, growth factors and transforming oncoproteins.
Western blot of extracts (35 ug) from 9 different cell lines by using g anti-JUN monoclonal antibody (HepG2: human; HeLa: human; SVT2: mouse; A549: human; COS7: monkey; Jurkat: human; MDCK: canine; PC12: rat; MCF7: human).
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY JUN (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-JUN.
