Immune complex precipitated from HLA-B27 positive cell line (Bordin) by anti HLA-antibody and Staphylococcal Protein A.
Specificity
Affinity studies by Scatchard analysis showed that HLA-B27 antibody has a higher affinity for HLA-B27 (9.7 x 10^8M-1) than for HLA B7 (9.5 x 10^7 M-1). Subjects Expected Fluorescence Intensity Heterozygous HLA-B27+ Strong Homozygous HLA-B27+ Strong Heterozygous HLA-B7+ Faint Non B27, Non B7 Negative.

- Flow Cytometry
Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: Neat; Use 10 ul of suggested working dilution to label 1E6 cells or 100 ul of whole blood. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
