Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone BV10A4H2] (IgG1) to Human CD135 / FLT3
IHC - Paraffin, Flow Cytometry
Rat Monoclonal [clone A2F10] (IgG2a,k) to Mouse CD135 / FLT3
Immunoprecipitation, Flow Cytometry
Mouse CD135 / FLT3
Mouse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG2a,k Monoclonal [A2F10]
Specificity and Use
CD135 / FLT3 antibody was raised against mouse FLT3
The A2F10 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse bone marrow cell suspensions. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.5 ug per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
PBS, pH 7.2, 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.09% sodium azide
Tyrosine-protein kinase that acts as cell-surface receptor for the cytokine FLT3LG and regulates differentiation, proliferation and survival of hematopoietic progenitor cells and of dendritic cells. Promotes phosphorylation of SHC1 and AKT1, and activation of the downstream effector MTOR. Promotes activation of RAS signaling and phosphorylation of downstream kinases, including MAPK1/ERK2 and/or MAPK3/ERK1.
