  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

CCR3 antibody was raised against human CCR3
This 5E8-G9-B4 (5E8-G9-B4) antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood. This can be used at less than or equal to 1 ug per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.

PBS, pH 7.2, <=0.09% sodium azide
Store at 4°C, avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles.

CCR3 Antibody, C-C chemokine receptor type 3 Antibody, B-chemokine receptor Antibody, CD193 Antibody, CD193 antigen Antibody, Chemokine c-c motif receptor 3 Antibody, C-C chemokine receptor 3 Antibody, CKR3 Antibody, CC-CKR-3 Antibody, CCR-3 Antibody, CMKBR3 Antibody, Eosinophil eotaxin receptor Antibody, Eotaxin receptor Antibody, C-C CKR-3 Antibody, CC chemokine receptor 3 Antibody

CCR3 is a receptor for C-C type chemokines. It belongs to family 1 of the G protein-coupled receptors. This receptor binds and responds to a variety of chemokines, including eotaxin (CCL11), eotaxin-3 (CCL26), MCP-3 (CCL7), MCP-4 (CCL13), and RANTES (CCL5). It is highly expressed in eosinophils and basophils, and is also detected in TH1 and TH2 cells, as well as in airway epithelial cells.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
Staining of normal human peripheral blood cells 0.5 ug of Purified anti-human CD193 (5E8-G9-B4) (right) followed by PE Donkey F(ab')2 Fragment Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L, Minimal Reactivity to Rat IgG). Cells in the large scatter population were used for analysis.
