  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About BLK

P51451 NM_001715 NP_001706.2

BLK Antibody, Blk kinase Antibody, B lymphocyte kinase Antibody, B lymphoid tyrosine kinase Antibody, MODY11 Antibody, Protein kinase blk Antibody, Protein tyrosine kinase blk Antibody, B lymphoid kinase Antibody, p55-Blk Antibody, Tyrosine-protein kinase Blk Antibody

Non-receptor tyrosine kinase involved in B-lymphocyte development, differentiation and signaling. B-cell receptor (BCR) signaling requires a tight regulation of several protein tyrosine kinases and phosphatases, and associated coreceptors. Binding of antigen to the B-cell antigen receptor (BCR) triggers signaling that ultimately leads to B-cell activation.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot using BLK monoclonal antibody against HEK293 (1) and BLK(AA: 2-200)-hIgGFc transfected HEK293 (2) cell lysate.
