Usage
Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis. Flow Cytometry: 1 x 1E6 cell is approximately 1.0 ug of antibody conjugate. 1:50 to 1:200 should be suitable for most applications. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
