Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western and Dot Blot, Immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays. ELISA: 1:1000 to 1:5000. Western Blot: 1:500-1:2500. Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1000. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Presentation
0.05 M Tris chloride, 0.15 M sodium chloride, 0.001 M Magnesium chloride, 0.0001 M zinc chloride, 50% glycerol, 10 mg/ml BSA, 0.01% sodium azide.
