Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

BCAR3 was detected in paraffin-embedded sections of rat spleen tissues using rabbit anti- BCAR3 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody at 1 ug/mL. The immunohistochemical section was developed using SABC method.
Anti-BCAR3 Antibody (C-Terminus) LS-C413099
Rabbit Polyclonal to Human BCAR3
Human, Bovine
IHC, IHC - Paraffin, ICC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot
Unconjugated
Immunohistochemical analysis of BCAR3 staining in human colon cancer formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.

LS-E31318 - Liquid - 50 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-C153636. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
N-Terminus
At least four isoforms of BCAR3 are known to exist; this antibody will only recognize the largest isoform. BCAR3 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other BCAR proteins.
BCAR3 antibody can be used for detection of BCAR3 by Western blot at 1-2 ug/mL.

Packaging

PBS, 0.02% sodium azide
Store at 4°C for three months and -20°C, stable for up to one year. Avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles.

About BCAR3

BCAR3 Antibody, NSP2 Antibody, SH2D3B Antibody, Novel SH2-containing protein 2 Antibody

Breast tumors are initially dependent on estrogens for growth and progression and can be inhibited by anti-estrogens such as tamoxifen. However, breast cancers progress to become anti-estrogen resistant. Breast cancer anti-estrogen resistance gene 3 was identified in the search for genes involved in the development of estrogen resistance. The gene encodes a component of intracellular signal transduction that causes estrogen-independent proliferation in human breast cancer cells.
