Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About ARNT / HIF-1-Beta

P27540 NM_001668 NP_001659.1

ARNT Antibody, ARNT protein Antibody, BHLHe2 Antibody, HIF-1beta Antibody, HIF1-beta Antibody, HIF1BETA Antibody, TANGO Antibody, HIF-1-beta Antibody, HIF1B Antibody

Transcriptional responses to many environmental and developmental stimuli are mediated by the basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH)-PAS family of proteins, which form homodimers that bind regulatory DNA sequences. ARNT/HIF-1 beta regulates the expression of different sets of genes in response to distinct environmental challenges. ARNT forms a complex with arylhydrocarbon receptor (AHR) to activate expression of genes encoding P450.

Western blot

Western blot
ARNT antibody (1 ug/ml) staining of HeLa nuclear lysate (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
