Presentation
Lyophilized from a sterile solution in PBS, pH 7.4.
Reconstitution
Centrifuge prior to opening. Reconstitute in 50ul of sterile water to a concentration of 0.2mg/ml. Do not vortex.
Storage
Store lyophilized at room temperature for up to 3 weeks, or at -20°C or below. Aliquot and store reconstituted at 4°C-7°C for up to 1 week, or at -20°C or below for up to 3 months. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
