Usage Summary
Stock solutions should be prepared at no less than 10 µg/mL in sterile buffer (PBS, HPBS, DPBS, and EBSS) containing carrier protein such as 1% BSA or HSA.
Bio-Activity
Mouse TNFRSF11B (OPG) inhibits the cytotoxic effect of recombinant human TRAIL (Cat. No. 752904) on L929 cells. The ED50 for this effect is 9.5 – 38 ng/mL
