Functional Assay
IL-36Ra (aa 3-156) (mouse) (rec.) inhibits IL-36alpha, IL-36beta, IL-36gamma-dependent expression of IL-6 in mouse BMDCs. Method: Bone marrow cells were differentiated into bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (BMDCs) using GM-CSF (20ng/ml) for 10 days. BMDCs were cultured with or without IL-36Ra, IL-36alpha, IL-36beta, IL-36gamma, or LPS at indicated concentrations for 72 h. Cell supernatants were then harvested and IL-6 levels determined by ELISA.
