Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Recombinant Human Vascular Non-Inflammatory Molecule 1 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Gln22-Ser490 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus.
Greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE
Less than 1.0 EU/µg protein (determined by LAL method).
Lyophilized from 0.2 µm filtered 20 mM PB, pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl.
Lyophilized protein should be stored at less than -20°C. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at less than -20°C for 3 months.
Vanin1 (pantetheinase) is an amidohydrolase that catalyzes the hydrolysis of D-pantetheine, permitting the recycling of pantothenate (vitamin B5) and the generation of an antioxidant metabolite, cysteamine. Vanin-1 is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored molecule expressed by perivascular thymic stromal cells. Antibody against vanin-1 blocked thymus colonization by hematopoietic progenitor cells in both short- and long-term assays and interfered with lymphostromal cell adhesion.
