Usage Summary
Stock solutions should be prepared at no less than 10 µg/mL in sterile buffer (PBS, HPBS, DPBS, and EBSS) containing carrier protein such as 1% BSA or HSA.
Bio-Activity
Bioactivity was measured by its property to induce osteoclast differentiation in RAW264.7 cells in the presence of 2.5 µg/ml of anti-His tag antibody (Cat. No. 652507). The ED50 is equal to0.75 - 4.5 ng/ml.
Endotoxin
Less than 0.01 ng/µg (determined by LAL method).
Presentation
0.22 µm filtered protein solution in PBS, pH 6.5
Storage
Store unopened at 2°C to 8°C for up to 3 months, at -20°C for up to 6 months, or at -70°C for up to 1 year. Store diluted at 2°C to 8°C for up to 1 month, or at -20°to -70°C for up to 3 months. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. For maximum results, quick spin vial prior to opening.
