Immunogen
SUMO1 / SMT3 antibody was raised against full-length recombinant GMP1 protein.
Specificity
This monoclonal antibody can be used to specifically detect the unconjugated (~17kD) form of GMP1 (SUMO-1), as well as proteins covalently ligated to GMP1 (e. g. RanGAP-1). Species cross-reactivity: Human, mouse, and rat.
Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. ELISA: 0.1-1 ug/ml. Western Blot: 0.1-1 ug/ml. Immunofluorescence: 10-20 ug/ml. Positive control: Rat liver nuclear envelopes, total lysates derived from NIH 3T3 and HeLa cells.
