Specificity
SLCO1B1 antibody is human specific. At least four isoforms of SLCO1B1 are known to exist. This antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other SLCO1B proteins.

Usage
SLCO1B1 antibody can be used for detection of SLCO1B1 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 76 kDa Observed: 75 kDa
