Recognizes rat NHE3. No significant sequence homology exist with other NHE isoforms (NHE1, 2, 4 and 5). Species sequence Homology: Mouse: 90%; human: 76%.
Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml using ECL; A band of ~90kD has been detected in brush border membrane. ELISA: 1:100000 using 50-100 ng control peptide/well.
