Usage
ELISA: use at 0.1-2ug/ml. Immunoblotting: use at 1-5ug/ml. A band of ~60kDa is detected. Immunohistochemistry: Use at 2- 10ug/ml. These are recommended concentrations. Enduser should determine optimal concentrations for their applications.

Reconstitution
PBS or medium which is identical to that used in the assay system.
