Specificity
Recognizes rat Sodium, Potassium, Chloride Cotransporter 2 (NKCC2, BSC1, CCC2). The immunogen shows no significant sequence homology with NKCC1 or TSC. Species cross-reactivity: Rat. The immunogen sequence is 100% conserved in mouse, 87% in human and rabbit.

- ELISA (1:10000 - 1:50000)
Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000. Full length human NKCC2 is ~150kD. ELISA: 1:10000-1:50000. Using 1 ug/ml control peptide per well.
