Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:500-1:3000. 1 ug of Rat IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
