Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Phycoerythrin, anti-Goat Serum, Rat IgG, Rat IgG F (ab')2 and Rat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c), Rat IgG F(c) or Bovine, Equine and Human Serum Proteins.

Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Immunofluorescence. Flow Cytometry: 1:100 to 1:500 (~1 ug will stain 1x1E6 cells). The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

PBS, pH 7.6, 15 mg/ml BSA (IgG, protease free), 0.05% sodium azide.
