Specificity
Recognizes Mouse IgG2a. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross-reactivity against other mouse or human heavy or light chain isotypes.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:75000. Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
